Welcome! I am so excited to share my story with you.

My name is Imari, I started my yoga journey in August of 2014 and originally came to yoga as a form of exercise and flexibility training. After taking my first class at a local yoga studio, I immediately fell in love with the meditative quality of the practice, as well as the mind-body connection it extended to me.

I completed my 200 hour Power Yoga training in April of 2015 and continued my education through Jason Crandell's comprehensive 300 hour program. I am well-versed in multiple styles of yoga including: yin, restorative, hot fusion, yogalates (yoga and mat pilates), and sculpt (yoga with weights). I also love to teach meditation, sound healing, and conscious connected breathwork! As a 500-hour experienced registered yoga teacher (500 E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance, I ensure my students receive thoughtful and well-rounded instruction. I am continuously pursuing advanced education to provide the most up-to-date asana techniques, cueing, hands on assists, injury prevention/management, and somatic + trauma informed modalities to incorporate into your life.

Learning and connecting deeper to the rhythms of my soul help keep the fire in my heart alive. Creating and living a life that feels abundant and free is something that I cultivated for myself and want to share with the world. I mentor business owners, other yoga teachers, and those looking to live a more meaningful life. I've helped over 200+ people transform their lives and careers through holistic and science-backed sacred practices.

Join me in my life's mission to live in true health -- in mind, body, and spirit -- and to embody authentic expression for liberation.
