August 7 to August 14, 2027- ALIGN is where transformation becomes sustainable. After awakening and expansion comes attunement — the practice of bringing your inner world, habits, actions, relationships, and direction into deeper coherence with the life you desire to create. This retreat is designed to help participants refine their focus, reconnect to their values, strengthen self-trust, and create energetic and practical alignment between vision and action. Through movement, meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, reflective practices, intentional routines, and meaningful connection, ALIGN supports participants in cultivating clarity, momentum, consistency, and grounded expansion. This is not about perfection. It is about resonance. ALIGN teaches us that growth is not sustained through force, but through coherence — when the mind, body, heart, and actions begin moving in the same direction.
